Rates & Policies

Nightly: $220.00 per night for up to 4 guests
Two-night minimum/ $10.00 for each additional person per night
Weekly: $1,386 for up to 4 guests
Prices do not include state/local taxes.
Must be 21 years or older to rent the cabin.
Reservations can be made by calling us at (812) 726-4849.
Check the availability calendar prior to calling if possible.
A credit card is required to make a reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. Cash or personal checks will be considered.
Reservations are confirmed upon payment & a signed copy of our rental agreement.
Check-out time is 11:00, and check-in is at 4:00. Earlier check-in may be available upon request.
No smoking is allowed in the cabin or on porches.
Pets are allowed only with the owner's permission & an additional fee of $15.00 daily per pet.
Pets must be housebroken & crated if left alone.
Cancellations 21 days or more will be refunded in full minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per minimum stay.
Less than 21 days after your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the full amount.
Less than 48 hours within the check-in time, no refund is given.
